Cornerstone Partners is a specialist commercial property management company that works exclusively with a select group of property investors.
On their clients behalf they do everything from securing commercial property opportunities and negotiating purchases to preparing properties for lease, finding suitable tenants, agreeing on the rent, setting up the payments, taking care of the maintenance and arranging rent reviews and renewals, pretty much everything that a discerning property owner and landlord expects of the best in the business.
Cornerstone Group recently carried out a major seismic strengthening project to an inner-city Wellington icon premise which was vast in scope and in magnitude. Whilst the project was underway (structural works by McKee Fehl and painting works by JMA Decorators) the old BP Oil NZ Head office was demolished at adjacent site; new Deloitte building erected and tenanted!
